Responsibilities
- Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong connections with clients, guiding them through the process of buying, selling, or investing in real estate.
- Market Expertise: Keep up-to-date with local real estate trends, property valuations, and investment prospects to offer clients informed advice.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and grow your client network.
- Professional Development: Engage in continuous training and development to improve your skills and stay current with industry advancements.

Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Driven by success with a strong work ethic

- Possession of a valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car
- Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a valid Washington Real Estate License (assistance available if not yet licensed)

Compensation
$100,000 - $160,000 USD Yearly
