In this role, you will be responsible for managing property listings, conducting market research, and assisting clients in finding their dream homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Management: Oversee and maintain property listings, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurately represented.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities within the real estate sector.
- Client Assistance: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and guide them through the process of buying or selling properties.
- Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
- Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals to expand business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Realtor in the state of New York
- 2+ years’ of sales experience preferred
- Proven experience in real estate or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

- 1-3+ years of sales experience preferred

Compensation
$80,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
