Licensed Real Estate Partner – Right-Hand Assistant for Growing Real Estate Business
Location: Pennington, NJ (In-person required for administrative hours)
Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (9 AM - 3 PM for administrative duties; additional hours based on appointments)
Compensation: Weekly base salary + commissions + leads with a favorable split
About the Role:
We are seeking a Licensed Real Estate Partner to act as the right-hand assistant in our growing real estate business. This role is perfect for a highly organized, proactive, and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in supporting daily operations, assisting buyers and sellers, managing transactions, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Right-Hand Support for Daily Operations:
- Serve as the primary assistant for all business operations
- Act as the main point of contact for buyers, sellers, and vendors
- Manage schedules, appointments, and transaction timelines
- Provide hands-on support to ensure smooth deal flow from start to finish
🔹 Buyer & Client Support:
- Assist with buyer showings and consultations
- Write and submit offers on behalf of buyers
- Follow up with clients, leads, and inquiries
- Oversee and manage incoming leads, ensuring timely responses
🔹 Listing & Transaction Management:
- Coordinate listing feedback and follow-ups
- Ensure listing compliance, including township requirements and inspections
- Attend inspections and ensure homes are tour-ready for showings
- Manage and oversee pending transactions, ensuring compliance and deadlines are met
🔹 Marketing & Social Media Management:
- Assist in marketing listings, including online and print strategies
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business)
- Prepare and distribute marketing reports for sellers
- Organize and host open houses, ensuring successful turnouts
🔹 Administrative & Business Support:
- Oversee budgeting and transaction-related expenses
- Assist with office administrative tasks as needed
- Manage Dotloop, MLS, and Google Suite for transaction and listing coordination
Qualifications:
✔ Must have a valid NJ real estate license
✔ Minimum 2 years of real estate experience
✔ Proficiency in Dotloop, MLS, Google Suite
✔ Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Business pages
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently and take initiative

Compensation
$45,000 - $85,000 USD Yearly
