Responsibilities
- Identify and attract top real estate talent by utilizing various recruitment strategies, including social media, networking events, and industry connections.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with KW Downtown/West Seattle.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, providing them with information about the company culture, values, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with management and team leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs and industry events to promote KW Downtown/West Seattle as an employer of choice.
- Coach and consult with the current offices's top agents to help them grow and achieve their goals.
- Run weekly sales meetings in the office to bring value to the agents including but not limited to market stats and trends, business strategies and more.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License in the state of Washington.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate recruiting or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding real estate agents.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential recruits and industry professionals.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving recruitment targets.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Proven track record in real estate sales.
Compensation
$84,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
