We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about assisting clients in the home selling process. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in the local real estate market to provide exceptional service and guidance to homeowners looking to sell their properties. Your duties will include collaborating with clients to develop effective marketing strategies, conducting property evaluations, and negotiating offers to achieve optimal outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
  • Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

Qualifications

  • Active real estate license in the state of Oregon.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a real estate agent.
  • Proven track record of successful property listings and sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other technology tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation

$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
