• Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program.
• Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis.
• Host two open houses each month.
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
• Engage in weekly script practice sessions in line with team standards.
• Actively participate in team activities, embracing our family-oriented culture.
• Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls.
• Advise sellers, secure listings, and effectively market properties.
• Showcase proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services.
• Skillfully negotiate offers on behalf of sellers.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and clients using PLACE Technology.
