Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the PLACE Agent Launch program to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis to consistently attract potential clients.
- Organize and host two open houses each month to showcase properties and engage with prospective buyers.
- Transform prospecting efforts and lead generation activities into scheduled appointments with potential clients.
- Engage in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team standards to refine communication skills.
- Actively participate in team activities and events as outlined by team standards to foster collaboration and growth.
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, attend regular training sessions, and join the Partner Call to stay informed and improve performance.
- Provide expert consultation to sellers, successfully convert consultations into listings, and effectively market homes to attract buyers.
- Exhibit proficiency in pricing strategies, home staging, and other services related to listing properties to maximize appeal.
- Skillfully negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology to ensure efficient tracking and follow-up.
