Join the Icon Real Estate Team as a Listing Specialist!

We are seeking a skilled Listing Specialist to join our dynamic team. Candidates must possess an active real estate license and have completed at least nine transactions in the past year.

Role Benefits:

  • Pre-Scheduled Appointments: Our Inside Sales Agents (ISAs) will schedule listing appointments directly into your Calendly, typically resulting in 3-7 appointments per week in most markets.
  • Exclusive Market Opportunities: To ensure you have ample listings, we limit our hiring to two specialists per market.
  • Advanced Tools and Support: Utilize Brivity, our state-of-the-art CRM, to nurture and expand your business. Additionally, our seasoned Transaction Coordinator will assist with documentation and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
  • Track activities and clients in Brivity Technology

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Overcoming objections comes naturally through problem solving. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$150,000 - $250,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
