We are seeking a skilled Listing Specialist to join our dynamic team. To be eligible, you must possess an active real estate license and have completed at least nine transactions in the past year.

Responsibilities
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
- Track activities and clients in Brivity Technology
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation
$150,000 - $250,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
