Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market to effectively price and position properties for sale.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to promote listings, including online listings, open houses, and print advertisements.
- Coordinate and conduct property showings for potential buyers, providing detailed information and answering any questions.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
- Prepare and review all necessary documentation related to the sale of properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the buying or selling process.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including appraisers, inspectors, and attorneys, to facilitate smooth transactions.
Qualifications
- Active real estate license in the state of Florida
- Proven experience as a real estate agent, preferably as a listing agent
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using real estate CRM software and MLS systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards
Compensation
$50,001 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
