Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program.
  • Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis.
  • Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and assist in home selection.
  • Skillfully negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers.
  • Maintain and update tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
  • Host two open houses each month.
  • Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
  • Engage in weekly script practice sessions in line with team standards.
  • Actively participate in team activities as per team guidelines.
  • Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
  • Advise sellers, secure listings, and effectively market properties.
  • Showcase proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services.

  • Holds a valid real estate license.
  • Over three years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Eager to learn and grow, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Highly organized and efficient.
  • Open to mastering scripts and dialogues.
  • Proficient in managing time effectively.

$55,000 - $99,000 USD Yearly
