This role is heavily focused on outbound sales. Your responsibilities will include:

  • đź“ž Cold Calling: Generate leads and close deals.
  • 🚪 Door Knocking: Engage with potential clients directly.
  • 🏡 Hosting Open Houses: Create opportunities for face-to-face interactions.
  • 🤝 Building Relationships: Develop connections through direct, in-person sales.

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
  • Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$60,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
