Responsibilities
- Skillful negotiate offers to secure the highest prices & best terms for remodeled properties
- Host multiple open houses/month & private showings for interested parties
- Stay current on market data, comparable properties, & neighborhood insights
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Showcase proficiency in pricing strategies, finish suggestions, and other listing services
- Implement marketing plan to generate other clients/leads
Qualifications
- Motivated sales expert with a strong competitive spirit
- Highly skilled negotiator
- Innately skilled at handling and overcoming objections
- Licensed real estate professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience
- Successfully closed at least 20 listings in the past 4 years
- Exceptional communicator committed to providing outstanding service
- Proficient in prospecting and lead generation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic about learning and professional development
- Willing to master scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management capabilities
Compensation
$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
