Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program to learn the best practices for listings
- Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Take part in team activities as per team guidelines
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
- Advise sellers, secure listings, and promote properties
- Showcase proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services
- Negotiate offers for your sellers
- Maintain records of activities and clients using PLACE Technology
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

- 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation
$75,000 - $130,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
