• Leverage over three years of experience to manage million-dollar listings
• Confidently negotiate high-value transactions with ease and expertise
• Host two open houses each month
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Engage in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team standards
• Actively participate in team events and activities as per team guidelines
• Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls
• Advise clients, secure signed listing agreements, and market listings
