As a Listing Agent on our team, you’ll specialize in working with home sellers—guiding them through the listing process, negotiating top-dollar offers, and delivering a world-class experience from start to finish. You’ll be supported every step of the way with training, systems, and mentorship that set you up for success.

• Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch - hands on real estate agent training.
• Manage inbound leads with followups and converting
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
• Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

• Knack for customer service
• Licensed real estate professional

• Comfortable with scripts and client phone conversations
• Managing a database of 500+ personal leads

$62,000 - $105,000 USD Yearly
