This position requires seamless navigation between multiple departments—including listings, transactions, and marketing—to ensure smooth execution of projects and top-tier service for our clients.

• Be an expert user and coach of in-house technology and tools.
• Manage marketing plans & listing syndication.
• Create or coordinate listing marketing material creation with marketing team, and review all listing marketing materials for quality control.
• Manage schedule coordination between agents, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless execution; coordinate with vendors such as sign companies, photographers, and contractors.
• Oversee listing and MLS build-out in collaboration with the Marketing Team and under Listings Manager oversight.
• Communicate listing status and next steps clearly to all stakeholders throughout the process.
• Keep all systems up to date, including ReZen, Brivity, and internal tools and resources; track tasks and activities
