Responsibilities

• Evaluate loan applications to determine eligibility.
• Perform in-depth credit analyses to assess borrowers’ financial standing.
• Assist clients in gathering required documentation and provide expert guidance throughout the loan process.
• Assess loan risks while adhering to underwriting guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and Fair Housing laws.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Loan Officer or similar role in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of loan origination processes, underwriting guidelines, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and familiarity with accounting software.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Current knowledge of lending laws and Fair Housing regulations.

$75,000 - $135,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
