- Evaluate loan applications to determine eligibility.
- Perform in-depth credit analyses to assess borrowers’ financial standing.
- Assist clients in gathering required documentation and provide expert guidance throughout the loan process.
- Assess loan risks while adhering to underwriting guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and Fair Housing laws.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and industry partners.

- Proven experience as a Loan Officer or similar role in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of loan origination processes, underwriting guidelines, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and familiarity with accounting software.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Current knowledge of lending laws and Fair Housing regulations.
Compensation
$75,000 - $135,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
