Responsibilities

  • Represent high-end clients in the purchase and sale of luxury properties, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on property values and trends.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry professionals, and local community members to expand the company's network and influence.
  • Create and implement effective marketing strategies for luxury listings, utilizing both traditional and digital platforms to maximize exposure.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
  • Stay informed on industry developments and continuously enhance knowledge of luxury real estate markets, trends, and best practices.
  • Coordinate and host exclusive property showings and open houses, providing potential buyers with an exceptional viewing experience.

Qualifications

  • Valid real estate license in the state of Washington.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury real estate sales.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value transactions.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with high-net-worth clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and luxury property trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other real estate technology tools.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.

Compensation

$125,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
