Responsibilities

  • Represent high-end properties: Showcase luxury properties to potential buyers and provide detailed information about each listing.
  • Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized and exceptional service experience.
  • Market analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about current trends, property values, and competitive listings in the luxury real estate market.
  • Negotiation expertise: Skillfully negotiate offers and contracts to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

  • Valid real estate license in the state of Arkansas.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury real estate sales.
  • Proven track record of successful high-end property transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of the Little Rock luxury real estate market.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficient in real estate CRM software and other digital tools.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation

$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
