Responsibilities

  • Represent high-end clients in the purchase and sale of luxury properties, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the luxury real estate market to generate leads and referrals.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on property values and trends.
  • Coordinate and host property showings, open houses, broker opens, and private tours for potential buyers and investors.
  • Negotiate and draft contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are in the best interest of the client.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to create and implement effective strategies for promoting luxury listings.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in the luxury real estate market, including new listings, price changes, and emerging trends.

Qualifications

  • Valid Florida Real Estate License required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury real estate sales.
  • Proven track record of successful high-end property transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of the Palm Beach county and surrounding luxury markets.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other digital tools.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

$100,000 - $149,999 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
