The Platz Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Luxury Representative to join our prestigious team at the Kirkland office. In this key role, you will represent our brand, providing exceptional service to our high-end clientele. Your deep expertise in luxury real estate will be crucial in assisting clients throughout the buying and selling process, ensuring a smooth and sophisticated experience. This role demands keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the luxury market. Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Conduct two open houses weekly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
  • Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • Licensed real estate professional
  • 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Learning based, growth-minded 
  • Organized
  • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues 
  • Excellent time management skills

Compensation

$85,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
