Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard new sales team members.
  • Mentor and train sales staff, ensuring they meet their performance targets.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of mortgage financing, local neighborhoods, schools, and homeownership matters.
  • Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, Partner Calls, and leadership development.
  • Master the use of PLACE Technology.
  • Engage actively in the PLACE Leadership Development program.
  • Participate in PLACE Talent Attraction Consulting and apply effective systems.
  • Enhance your skills as a real estate sales expert through client prospecting and consultation.
  • Develop and manage both existing and new marketing campaigns.
  • Supervise contract negotiations.
  • Ensure sales team members effectively utilize database tools and lead opportunities.

Qualifications

You are a natural leader with a strong track record of success in real estate sales. Your passion is helping others achieve their goals through coaching and mentoring. In addition to growing talent, you have the ability to attract talent to limitless opportunities. You are on a path to be the CEO.

  • Real estate license
  • 5+ years of industry and sales experience required 
  • 3+ years of leadership experience preferred

Compensation

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
