Responsibilities
- Originate and manage a pipeline of residential mortgage loans, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources to generate new business.
- Conduct thorough interviews with prospective borrowers to assess their financial situation and determine loan eligibility.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on loan options, interest rates, and the mortgage process, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.
- Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other team members to ensure all loan documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide clients with the most current information and advice.
- Participate in networking events, community activities, and marketing initiatives to promote ROC Real Estate Partners and expand the client base.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage loan origination.
- NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System) registration required.
- Strong understanding of mortgage lending regulations and compliance.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial information and assess risk.
- Proficient in mortgage software and Google Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and customer service orientation.
Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
