• Agent Launch: Graduate from our twelve week agent launch programs. We design Agent Launch to help your break through next level.
• Shadowing/ Showing: You'll be trained , role-played, and demonstrated industry-leading practices under an expert agent.
• Lead Generation: 2-3 hours per day. You'll take the opportunity to execute our lead generation systems weekly, elevating your lead generation skillset.
• Open Houses: Conduct 1-2 per week. Mastering Open House strategy by combining your warm and inviting personality with our proven support to hold open houses that attract buyers and sellers to current listings.
• Communication: Follow the build-in follow up system plans. Learn and execute proven relationship-building skills, allowing you to convert conversations into valuable appointments. Track and log tasks and activities in Brivity Technology
• Consultations: Master the built-for-you Listing and Buying Consultation Presentation and pre-listing package. Using proven systems, technology and don-for-you presentations, you'll work directly with our clients to guide them through the home-buying and home-selling process with customer service excellence.
• Technology: Benefit from our cutting-edge Brivity Technology to streamline client support and ensure you're consistently meeting your and your family's goals while delivering outstanding service to our amazing clients.
• Done For You: Take advantage of our support team to eliminate 75% of the tasks normally required of a Real Estate Agent to close a transaction.
• Attend Sales Division Production Rhythms: Proactive attend team production rhythms activities per company standards.
• Specialty: Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.

We offer a unique commission structure with caps designed to incentivize agents, teams, and broker/owners to achieve higher earnings while maintaining a balanced approach to compensation. When Ask Magis Realty 6% is equivalent to the cap, the agent/ team graduates to 100% until their anniversary date.
