Who We’re Looking For:

We are searching for ambitious individuals ready to dedicate 40 hours a week to building a successful real estate career. Our ideal candidates are passionate about making a difference and committed to serving clients, regardless of property value. On average, first-year agents can earn between $100,000 and $150,000, with top performers reaching up to $500,000.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through a designated lever on a weekly basis
  • Host two open houses consistently
  • Turn prospecting and lead generation into appointments
  • Engage in weekly script practice according to team standards
  • Take part in team activities as per team standards
  • Commit to a weekly 1:1 coaching session, Morning Power Up, and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert leads into listings, and effectively market homes
  • Showcase proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers

Qualifications

FL Real Estate License (REQUIRED)

Sales: 1 year (Required) - 4-10 units sold yearly minimum

Real Estate: 1 year (Required)

Compensation

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
