Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through the process of buying and selling properties, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Perform market analysis to keep abreast of the latest real estate trends and property valuations in the Meridian region.
  • Cultivate and sustain client relationships, offering expert advice and support throughout their real estate journey.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements for clients, securing advantageous terms and conditions.
  • Organize property viewings and open houses, effectively presenting properties to potential buyers or renters.
  • Work collaboratively with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage brokers, inspectors, and attorneys, to ensure successful transactions.
  • Generate leads through various channels to expand the client base and drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Active Real Estate License: Must hold a valid real estate license in the state of Idaho.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience or 6 closed transactions.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in using real estate software and online marketing tools.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Networking Ability: Ability to build and maintain a strong network of clients and industry contacts.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professionalism: High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Compensation

$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
