Responsibilities
As a Licensed Real Estate Agent on the Premier Home Team, you will:
- Receive training and mentoring through PLACE Agent Launch, coaching sessions, and team training.
- Utilize PLACE systems and technology to guide clients through the buying or selling process.
- Convert leads into appointments using proven skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service with cutting-edge technology.
- Host 4 Open Houses monthly.
- Delegate 80% of transaction management tasks to our in-house Success Team.
- Have opportunities for growth within a top-performing team.
Qualifications
We are looking for a passionate, driven individual who is eager to grow on our team. You should excel at connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and finding solutions. Strong communication skills, a real estate license, and a willingness to learn and grow are essential.

Compensation
$50,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
