Responsibilities

  • Graduate from Dream Team Agent Launch
  • Execute Dream Team lead generations systems weekly
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
  • Track activities and clients using Dream Team technology
  • Comply with the laws, rules, regulations, and conditions governing Real Estate Agents in the State of North or South Carolina the Local/Regional Association of REALTORS®, the North or South Carolina Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association REALTORS®.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is ecstatic about the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a team. This individual has a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. In addition, they demonstrate the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high achiever who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and seeking win-win agreements.

We are seeking a licensed agent or someone who is committed to getting a real estate license in South Carolina. Someone who is enthusiastic about delivering a 5-star client experience to our buyers and who is passionate about building long-term relationships.

Proficiencies:

  • Quality communication: All team members must have top-notch communication skills that translate within the organization, with prospective clients, and with our business partners.
  • Technologically Savvy: All team members must be technologically savvy and willing to learn new programs. Proficiency in the following platforms are preferred: Google suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, etc.), Brivity or prior experience in a CRM, Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, linked in, etc.)
  • Self Accountable: Taking full ownership over your actions and results.
  • Area Expertise: a sense of direction, familiar with towns and communities, loves statistics, etc.)
  • Self-motivated and accountable, high level of integrity
  • TEAM PLAYER: wants to be a part of something bigger than themselves and takes pride in achieving goals together

Compensation

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
