Responsibilities

  • Execute a lead generation lever weekly
  • Implement a weekly lead generation strategy
  • Host two open houses each month
  • Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointments
  • Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
  • Actively participate in team activities as per team standards
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, Hangouts, and Partner Calls
  • Consult with sellers, secure listings, and effectively market properties
  • Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and related listing services
  • Consult with buyers, secure signed agreements, and identify suitable homes
  • Skillfully negotiate offers for sellers and buyers

Qualifications

  • Possess a valid Real Estate License (or strong desire to obtain one)
  • Exhibit a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused mindset
  • Stay informed about current real estate trends and market conditions
  • Eager to learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail for contract writing and review
  • Display strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively by car
  • Availability for some weekend and evening hours

Compensation

$40,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
