Day-to-Day Activities:

• Work with buyers to find the perfect home, write compelling offers, and secure acceptances, mastering our proven buyer's presentation & offer system.
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria, enhancing your communication skills and client satisfaction.
• Perfect your listing presentation and listing conversion, ensuring success in every facet of real estate transactions.
• Develop a "Work hard, be Kind" culture within our team, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment where success is celebrated and kindness prevails.

Team Culture and Support:

• Embrace a strong work ethic within our team, where everyone shows up to the office three or more days each week.
• Adhere to a "Work Hard, be Kind" culture, promoting kindness as a core value within our team dynamics.
• Engage in client events, script practice, dialing, door-knocking, and social media activities, creating a collaborative and dynamic environment.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 Coaching, Training, and International Partner Calls, emphasizing career development,
• Receive comprehensive support in transaction and listing management workflows to ensure seamless and efficient processes.
• Our advanced data entry system tracks tasks and activities efficiently using PLACE Technology.
