• Engage in weekly lead generation activities.
• Guide buyers through the process, secure signed agreements, and help them find their dream homes.
• Skillfully negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers.
• Keep track of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
• Host two open houses each month.
• Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
• Join in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines.
• Take part in team events and activities according to team standards.
• Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
• Advise sellers, secure listings, and effectively market their properties.
• Showcase your expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services.

$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
