Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program.
- Implement the PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis.
- Engage in consultations with potential buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable homes.
- Skillfully negotiate offers on behalf of both sellers and buyers.
- Effectively utilize PLACE Technology to track tasks and activities.
- Organize and host two open houses each month.
- Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
- Actively participate in weekly script practice sessions according to team standards.
- Engage in team activities as outlined by team standards.
- Dedicate time to a weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call.
- Provide expert guidance to sellers, convert leads into listings, and effectively market homes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services.
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. Your ability to establish connections, actively listen to others' needs, and find suitable solutions is exceptional. Prospecting and generating leads are areas in which you excel, and overcoming objections is a natural skill for you. Your communication abilities are strong, and you are dedicated to providing excellent service.
