• Implement PLACE lead generation systems weekly
• Advise buyers, secure agreements, and find properties
• Negotiate offers for clients
• Log tasks in PLACE Technology
• Host two open houses monthly
• Turn leads into appointments
• Join weekly script practice and team activities
• Attend weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
• Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties
• Showcase expertise in pricing, staging, and listing services
