Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Conduct property showings and open houses, providing detailed information and answering client inquiries.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, representing clients' best interests and ensuring favorable terms.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts, including mortgage lenders, contractors, and other real estate professionals.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation, including purchase agreements, lease agreements, and closing statements.
- Utilize marketing strategies to promote properties, including online listings, social media, and traditional advertising methods.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License in the state of California.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or related field.
- Proven track record of successful property sales and client satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and other real estate technology tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Compensation
$70,000 - $500,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
