Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Launch program
- Utilize PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
- Assist buyers in finalizing contracts and finding properties
- Negotiate offers on behalf of clients
- Log activities in PLACE Technology
- Host two open houses monthly
- Transform leads into booked appointments
- Engage in weekly script practice and team activities
- Attend weekly coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
- Support sellers in acquiring listings and marketing properties
- Exhibit expertise in pricing, staging, and listing services
Qualifications
- Motivated sales expert with a strong competitive edge
- Proficient in building relationships and discerning client needs
- Skilled in lead generation and prospecting
- Innately talented in overcoming objections
- Communicates effectively with a dedication to outstanding service
- Cooperative team collaborator
- Possesses a current real estate license
- More than 3 years of experience in real estate sales
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Enthusiastic about personal and professional growth
- Exceptionally organized
- Open to learning scripts and dialogues
- Outstanding time management skills
Compensation
$50,000 - $85,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
