We are looking for candidates who can:

• Prospect, follow up, present to, and service buyers and sellers, effectively converting leads into appointments, appointments into agreements, and agreements into accepted purchase contracts.
• Conduct high-level fiduciary needs analysis and manage a time-efficient home search and sale process.
• Consult with clients to ensure comprehensive fiduciary service from initial contact through contract closure, coordinating with the Transaction Coordinator.
• Negotiate on behalf of all buyer and seller clients.

• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
