• Answer incoming calls from pre-screened customers needed help from an agent
• Meet with customers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance
• Maintain and manage a personal database of leads and clients
• Write and review contracts for real estate transactions
• Negotiate deals on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms
• Follow up consistently with leads and clients to nurture relationships
• Attend team meetings and coaching sessions for ongoing development
