• Coaching / Training - We support growth by offering PLACE Agent Launch, weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, script practice, and weekly training.
• Lead Generation - Elevate your skillset by executing PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Consultation - Using PLACE systems and technology, work directly with buyers and sellers to guide them through the buying and selling process with care and confidence.
• Negotiation - Leverage tried and true scripts and techniques to win offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers.
• Accountability - Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
• Open Houses - Conduct four open houses monthly.
• Conversion - Learn and execute proven conversion skills to turn prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments.
• Technology - Benefit from our cutting-edge PLACE Technology to streamline client support and ensure you're consistently meeting your and your family's goals while delivering outstanding service to our amazing clients.
• Transaction Support - Take advantage of our success team to eliminate 80% of Transaction Management tasks from contract to close.

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

$50,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
