Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program.
- Utilize PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis.
- Guide buyers through the home-buying process, securing signed agreements and finding suitable properties.
- Negotiate offers on behalf of both sellers and buyers.
- Document tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
- Host a minimum of two open houses each month.
- Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
- Participate in weekly script practice sessions as outlined by team guidelines.
- Engage in team activities in accordance with team standards.
- Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
- Advise sellers, secure property listings, and market their homes effectively.
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services.

- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel by car.
- Must possess or be in the process of obtaining a valid Washington Real Estate License (we offer assistance if not yet licensed).

Compensation
$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
