Responsibilities

  • Complete PLACE Launch program
  • Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
  • Work with buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find the right homes
  • Negotiate offers for buyers and sellers
  • Use PLACE Technology to track tasks and activities
  • Hold at least two open houses each month
  • Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointments
  • Practice scripts weekly according to team standards
  • Take part in team activities as required
  • Attend weekly 1:1 coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Advise sellers, secure listings, and handle property marketing
  • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services

Qualifications

You’re a self-driven sales professional with a competitive edge. You excel at building connections, understanding clients' needs, and finding the right solutions. Prospecting and lead generation come naturally to you, and you're skilled at handling objections with ease. A strong communicator, you're dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

Compensation

$90,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
