Eligible candidates can benefit from our free pre-licensing courses. Enhance your expertise in assisting both buyers and sellers, and propel your real estate career forward with the backing of a dynamic team. Please note that this position is entirely commission-based. Your earnings will directly reflect your dedication and effort, with expected average earnings ranging from $24K to $48K in the first year, and $48K to $96K in subsequent years. High-achieving agents have the potential to earn significantly more.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily lead generation to identify prospective clients
- Engage in team training sessions and activities to enhance your business acumen
- Consult with buyers and sellers to understand their needs and secure agency agreements
- Arrange and conduct home showings and attend open houses for interested buyers
- Facilitate contract negotiations between buyers and sellers
- Guide home buyers through the purchasing process and provide insights into the housing market
- Commit to ongoing skill development and improvement
Qualifications
- People-oriented, positive, learning-based
- Clean, reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- High availability and flexibility to accommodate Buyer schedules
- Track record of success in customer service or real estate related
- Ability to set and achieve goals
- Delaware or Pennsylvania real estate license prior to working with clients (ask us about FREE real estate school!)
- Reside within 40 miles of Wilmington zip code 19803
- Commitment to being full-time in real estate within six months of joining the team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the US
Compensation
$24,000 - $47,999 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
