Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients by following up on leads provided by the company to convert them into successful sales.
- Conduct property showings and provide detailed information to clients about the features and benefits of each property.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- Stay updated on market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate and current information.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and share insights on market conditions.
- Maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including mortgage lenders, appraisers, and inspectors, to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations to protect the interests of clients and the company.
Qualifications
- Active Arizona Real Estate License required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other technology tools.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and follow-up.
Compensation
$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
