Responsibilities

- Prospect for new leads and build client relationships.
- Conduct property showings and open houses.
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process, providing expert advice and support.
- Negotiate contracts and close transactions efficiently.
- Stay updated on market trends and developments.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Active real estate license or working towards it.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous sales or real estate experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation
$75,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
