• Complete lead gen activities daily
• Make follow up calls, sphere calls, cold calls on a consistent basis
• Execute PLACE lead generations models and systems
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology/CRM Database
• Conduct two open houses weekly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team lead gen activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• Licensed real estate professional
• 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Coachable & committed to personal growth
• Organized & comfortable with basic computer programs
• Willingness to learn scripts and role play to improve dialogue
• Excellent time management skills

$125,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
