Responsibilities

  • Must have a Real Estate License
  • Utilize PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
  • Guide buyers through the process, secure signed agreements, and find suitable properties
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of both sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
  • Host six open houses per month
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
  • Engage in team activities in line with team standards
  • Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties effectively
  • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years experience in real estate sales (preferred)

Compensation

$95,000 - $180,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
