Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends and property values in the Phoenix area.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and regular communication.
  • Coordinate property showings and open houses, showcasing properties to potential buyers and renters.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  • Utilize technology and marketing tools to effectively promote listings and reach a wider audience.

Qualifications

  • Valid Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Compensation

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
