Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

  • Demonstrates a strong motivation for sales and a competitive spirit.
  • Expert in building relationships, discerning client requirements, and providing effective solutions.
  • Proficient in lead generation and prospecting.
  • Innately skilled at managing objections.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a commitment to exceptional service.
  • Effective collaborator within a team environment.
  • Holds a valid real estate license.
  • Possesses over three years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Excellent proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
  • Committed to continuous learning and personal growth.
  • Highly organized with superior time management capabilities.
  • Willingness to learn and apply scripts and dialogues.

Compensation

$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
