Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications
- Demonstrates a strong motivation for sales and a competitive spirit.
- Expert in building relationships, discerning client requirements, and providing effective solutions.
- Proficient in lead generation and prospecting.
- Innately skilled at managing objections.
- Outstanding communication skills and a commitment to exceptional service.
- Effective collaborator within a team environment.
- Holds a valid real estate license.
- Possesses over three years of experience in real estate sales.
- Excellent proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
- Committed to continuous learning and personal growth.
- Highly organized with superior time management capabilities.
- Willingness to learn and apply scripts and dialogues.
Compensation
$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
