Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients by responding to leads provided by the company and converting them into active buyers or sellers.
- Conduct property showings and provide detailed information to clients about the features and benefits of each property.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions are achieved.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends, property values, and community amenities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the buying or selling process.
- Collaborate with team members and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions and share market insights.
- Utilize company resources and tools effectively to manage client information, track leads, and streamline the sales process.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License in the state of Missouri or Kansas.
- Proven track record of successful real estate sales or a strong desire to learn and succeed in the industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and other real estate professionals.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in using technology and real estate software, including MLS systems and CRM platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Kansas City area for client meetings and property showings.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on real estate market trends and regulations.
Compensation
$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
