Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities – Real Estate Agent at PSR
- Prospect and Follow Up with Leads
Utilize company-generated and self-sourced leads to build a consistent sales pipeline. Follow-up is critical for conversion and maximizing your earnings. - Show Properties and Host Open Houses
Represent buyers and sellers by scheduling showings, preparing for tours, and hosting open houses to generate buyer interest and seller confidence. - Manage Transactions from Contract to Close
Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and clients to ensure a smooth closing process — protecting your clients and reputation. - Leverage CRM and Tech Tools (Brivity)
Use our Brivity CRM to track leads, manage communications, and automate follow-ups to increase productivity and client engagement. - Participate in Weekly Coaching and Training
Engage in regular sales training, scripts, and roleplay to sharpen skills and stay competitive in the marketplace. - Conduct Buyer and Seller Consultations
Meet with clients to understand their goals, provide expert market advice, and build trust through professional service and insight. - Contribute to a Culture of Excellence
Be an active part of a supportive team that values accountability, growth, and delivering top-tier client experiences.
For Newly Licensed or Part-Time Agents
- Engage in Weekly Sales Training & Mentorship
Learn directly from top-producing brokers and guest experts to build confidence and skill in real estate sales. - Use Provided Scripts to Prospect for Business
Practice and apply proven call scripts and outreach methods to build your database and earn referrals. - Leverage PSR’s Lead Opportunities (Where Available)
Work leads provided by the brokerage using Brivity CRM to track conversations and schedule showings. - Host Open Houses and Assist Senior Agents
Get hands-on experience while generating new business and increasing your visibility in the local market. - Attend Buyer and Seller Consultations
Learn how to ask the right questions, uncover motivation, and build long-term client relationships. - Maintain Daily CRM Activity
Log calls, texts, and tasks in Brivity so your lead pipeline stays active and accountable. - Be Coachable and Committed to Growth

For Full-Time Independent Agents
- Work and Convert Company-Provided Leads
Maximize commission opportunities by working pre-qualified leads with strong conversion systems in place. - Consistently Prospect for New Business
Use a mix of cold outreach, referrals, open houses, and digital marketing to fill your pipeline. - Host Open Houses and Follow Up with Attendees
Generate new leads and listing opportunities from in-person traffic and neighborhood engagement. - Conduct Consultations and Negotiate Contracts
Represent buyers and sellers with professionalism, accuracy, and clarity through every step of the transaction. - Manage CRM Daily (Brivity)
Keep communication flowing and tasks organized through our customized CRM workspace. - Attend Ongoing Training and Accountability Meetings
Stay sharp, stay focused, and stay ahead with continuous learning and performance tracking. - Deliver a Top-Tier Client Experience

For Top Producers or Team Leaders

Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

- 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience

Compensation
$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
